Without youth involvement, no breed has a future. We'd like to commend children under 18 who have shown consistent interest in promoting and bettering the breed. Have a nominee? Send us the name and reason, and we'll consider them. This list will be updated annually in September of each year, but the initial list is open until Dec. 2006.
